Edible Oil Separation from Potable Water Technique??

We are cooking oil processing industry. Potable water is used for cooling purposes. During cooling some oil contents mix with this water, we are looking some economical technique/process to remove these oil contents for water reuse.
Currently we are wasting large quantity of water.
