Electrodeionization (EDI) Leaking ( water dropping between stack frame and gasket )

Hello, Hopefully you are fine and doing well.

I want to place my question in front of you , My EDI leaking from Gasket and Frame, Initially water dropping drop wise now is water leaking high amount.

However, very high amount leakage of water found in the front side and back side both corners drop wise.

Furthermore, Resistivity decreases i.e below 16.9 , while Iron and Silica slip into the feed water which is normally in range around 10 ppb.

I want to know expert opinion about why this happen
