Mineral water
Hello Syda, As you must be knowing there are 2 types of bottled water spring water and Mineral water. Spring water is collected directly from the spring and bottled where it arrises from the ground. Mineral water emerges from the under ground, then flow over rocks which results in high level of dissolved minerals and then this water is bottled. Unlike Spring water this water can be treated just to remove dirt from it. If the rule and regulation for the bottled water is followed by the manufacturing company I don't see any harm in consuming the water. But in many countries the rules are not followed. Advantages of mineral water: 1. Bottled water has a lower chance of being contaminated 2.Bottled water is ‘pure and natural’, meaning it doesn't contain any additional chemical other than found on the site. Disadvantages: 1.Does not contain fluorine which is important for health 2.Environmental effects from the disposal of the plastic bottle.
