Mixed corrosion inhibitors for cooling water system

What is the best method for preparing a mixture of corrosion inhibitor and sediment thickener?  Is there a specific standard for it?

First, we must understand where the corrosion, scale, calcium carbonate, algae, and Legionella came from and originated. Our cooling tower water treatment industry was and is chemicals dependent. All those factors were supposed to be the solution, but they worsened it. So you asked, is there anything that can solve all these problems?
Fortunately, my company is about to turn our industry on its head. After running and operating in this industry for over twenty years, we have just innovated/invented a chemical-free cooling tower water treatment system that solved 99% of the problems.
