Published on by in Technology

I have only 5 CMD waste water. The COD is 10,000 ppm and TDS is 10,000 ppm, I want an easy and cost-effective solution.

  1.  The GlobeCore company more than 50 years is manufacturing vortex layer units The electromagnetic vortex layer unit (AVS) is applied to intensify the process of

    • wastewater treatment
    •  acid water neutralization,
    • sewage water treatment,
    • water purification, and disinfection.

All processes occur continuously without tanks with mixers. Processes in AVS are intensified by mixing and dispersion of components, acoustic and electromagnetic influence, cavitation, high local pressures ,  and electrolysis.

  2. Agree with some of the answers that We need more information about inlet wastewater , its origin, overall composition, especially nutrients too and finally treatment targets.

  4. we have just completed a project in KSA where in the COD is 12000  also  working on a ETP having COD of 7000.

We can support you in this .send the detail water analysis and flow rate at info@waterengrs.com

  5. Dear Aruna,

Thinking that most of this COD is soluble BOD without oil and fats, and you can reach the required removal by biological way, you can use 2 to 5 days of hydraulic retention time and our biocleaner system that has a good performance as a submerged bioreactor with a settling tank at the final of the system.

Easy and effective without removing sludge in months because the system can digest sludge in the same tanks.

Send us the lab analysis to we can recommend the needed system.

  6. Do you have more information on your water? What is the process that generate this water? Is there a lot of oil and fat? Do you need a screener because of other heavier material? Is there any sand / hairs in the water?
