Dear friend,
I went through your statements regarding the Israeli occupation being the cause of poverty in the West Bank and The Gaza Strip.
I may agree that the occupation is the cause of frustration for leaders of the Palestinian people. They may have their reasons...
It is an essential interest for the Israelis to see our Palestinian neighbors developing in all aspects. Poverty and lack of culture within the Palestinian people is the worst enemy, not only to themselves, but mainly for Israel.
History proves that while Palestinian where under the Israeli occupation their advancement was the higher ever.
History also proves that billions of euros and dollars that were given to the Palestinians since their PLO leaders returned to their land found their way to private accounts and part went for the purchase of arms and excavating tunnels for attacking Israel.
Israel was never the reason for your lack of preparedness for seismic treats... or any of your other internal treats...
My friend... it is time for your people to start looking at the mirror, see who is there and start the work to improve your life. No one is going to do this for you. Please stop blaming everybody... it does not work anymore.

Roberto, don't think this is proper comment. You raise accusations and allegations, which belong to the political arena rather than professional. And if you read the last sentences in the "conclusion", you'll see that the authors do propose how to make progress under the current situation

Very interesting and valuable information. Until now I had only been told of the positive aspects of this project.
