There are major infrastructure problems/failures across the country. It may certainly be a problem with GOVERNMENT structures and corruption, but it is certainly NOT limited to any particular political party! If you REALLY want to find solutions, don't "muddy the (Mississippi) water" with irrelevant side swipes.
