After seeing the picture from the post, "https://www.afrik21.africa/en/tunisia-faced-with-climatic-hazards-afd-publishes-water-a-promise-of-emancipation/" and the picture from Turkey 6 June 2002 Project Visit to a rural village of Kayseri, Turkey reminds me not much changed. After twenty years, water supply at rural areas of Turkey and Tunisia have not changed. It seems that, there may be a concept difference in our thoughts to solve the problem.
