How many of you think micro solutions? I wish to know how you would solve this particular scenario. In a lake where I do aqua farming, the depth is limited to about four meters and has many shallow sections along the side. There is stratification but with soaring temperatures within a region which has many hours sunshine per year, the temp is generally above 10 to 30 degrees C in summer and form zero to 25 degrees in winter. It is considered a tropical region. In a Low Volume High Density caging system, how could I intensify oxygenation ( the process of increasing the oxygen saturation of the water). At present I use a swimming pool pump to fountain water in an arc over the cage area. The uptake of oxygen is slow in this process since the spray drops are not small enough. I have to find a way to disburse smaller droplets. How can I evaporate and condense water in this question to sustain higher levels of oxygen in the layering and stratification environment without incurring huge cost? The same question applies to my hydroponics feeding programs. The nutrients are pumped from a mixing reservoir direct to the roots and sprayed under the leaves. How do I change the misting procedures to have more oxygen at presentable cost cycle?
