1, The liquid level foam is slightly green
Reason for occurrence: Insufficient anaerobic treatment may occur in municipal wastewater.
Solution: Strengthen the anaerobic treatment process to ensure that the wastewater stays in the anaerobic tank for a sufficient amount of time.
2, COD、 Ammonia nitrogen, TP and other indicators do not meet the standards
Reason: The treatment process failed to effectively remove these pollutants.
Solution: Adopt more efficient biological treatment processes, such as A/A/O processes (anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic), or introduce advanced treatment technologies such as membrane filtration.
3, Sludge expansion and floating sludge
Reason: Excessive sludge load, insufficient or excessive aeration, improper sludge age, etc.
Solution: Reasonably control the sludge load and aeration rate, extend the sludge age, and avoid sludge expansion by adjusting the inlet load.
