MINI's URBAN-X Accelerator Program Open to 'Blue Tech' Start-Ups URBAN-X is working to support startups shaping the future of cities. The companies we invest in are tackling some of the biggest issues facing 21st century cities– from water infrastructure to mobility to the built environment, construction technology to autonomous infrastructure. We invest $100,000USD in up to 10 pre-seed teams each cohort. Selected teams benefit from a team of BMW/MINI engineers, designers, and industry experts in Brooklyn for a five month program consisting of regular coaching from the URBAN-X and Urban.Us investment and management team. We help teams build scalable businesses and find customers. We provide access to a top-tier network of service providers and mentors and then help build relationships with the right investors to secure funding. After the program, you’ll be part of a vibrant community of startups, investors, city officials, big companies and tech experts who will continue to help you grow.
