How model a waterafter 40 years? Is waterGEMS suitable for this purpose? Is there any instruction to follow?

Actually designing water model depends on geographic condition we can not design same design for every country or region.It requires detail study of the specific area then we can design a model water which can be implemented for long term.

thanks, but my model base on existing network have big difference with reality. and I need a sensitivity analysis on one water network model. To find out witch factor play a big roll in modeling? Pumps? Pipe residence? Valves? Age of network?..... Is there any instruction to follow?
