One needs to know for sure either the optimum pressure requirement or the flow required in order to optimise and automate distribution network with max energy saving. Good Job

Would be nice to apply in obevof our present projects: one in XinJiang Province China collecting saline water from several deepwells to our desallination facility and also for redistributing to users. The other is in REEF project Egypt involving long distance transport and distribution of water from the Nile resp. from desallination facilities to multi users both urban as well as aqua, horti and agticulture.
