HI,   I have a plan and solution for extinguishing fire in buildings and tall towers since I had written a plan for extinguishing forest fire before and it was implemented.  I hope that this plan will also reach the mayor or the city council and the firefighting centers and that it will be noticed and welcomed and that they will implement it soon. So, how can I communicate with them and send this plan to these centers in America or Europe? do i I need their email address.   Thanks
