Thank you for posting. In my experience the issue is not the technology, but the business model- Utilities are not in the business of selling products, including fertilizer. They do not have the contavts to the farmers, the chemical companies do, neither do they lobby, as they themselves are often part of local government. In order to get the value out of sewage sludge these issue must be addressed.

I regret, in Germany the "lobby" makes the laws.
