Hello Mickey,
Happy New Year; I had the following feedback; and commented thereon, as follows:
Mashallah,Attached is a few articles and presentations that might help you wrap your head around about what we do here at Earthbound Innovations. Here is just a snap shot of our technology.- Works 100% off the energy and movements of the earth ( no man made energy involved)- zero maintenance, the longer our tech is in the ground the better it is going to work. ( gets better over time)- Each device is capable of infiltrating 150 gallons an hour back into the ground.- We do parking lots, highway medians, residential backyards, golf courses ETC ETC.- basically anywhere where water is pooling and not infiltrating is where we install.- Permeable pavement takes on water, but what if the ground is unable to take the water that is infiltrated through the concrete? We would install beneath or around the permeable concrete ( depending on site).Please let me know what questions you have and I would be happy to answer them.
Thanks again,
Blair Smallbone====Dear Mr. Blair Smallbone,
As I have already explained everything, regarding the impermeable asphalts / concrete pavings in urban areas; causing a huge amount of surface / storm water runoff; have you carried out any project on the urban areas, paved by impermeable asphalts / concretes; getting rid of the flooding caused runoff? If yes, how much it costs per a 100 square meter area?
Best regards,
Mashallah======= Furthermore, I hadn't your email address to forward their email's attachments.
Best regards,

Hello Mickey,
Thanks for your kind attention and comment. I tried my best, although having a slow Internet connection, finding out any project carried out on the very large urban areas, paved by impermeable concretes / asphalts, by the said company; but I was not successful obtaining the required information, as you described; except on certain airport runways, which the surface areas involved are not that much large, in comparison to the urban areas, also I imagine the process for large areas could be very expensive. As such, digging dry wells on appropriate locations could be also a remedy, diverting surface water into. To be able to digest the subject matter properly, I sent the following email to the referenced company:
==== And now waiting for a reply.A comment on my article made me writing to your good self.
Best regards and a very happy New Year,

Although I am a bit involved there is an infiltration technology which establishes equalized surface groundwater (not runoff) hydrostatic pressure. Water can be rapidly infiltrated into soil up to 24 M depth. this can be used with or without permeable concrete surfaces. Water can also be collected and harvested with this system as well. The company is Earthbound technologies and they are www.earthboundinnovations.com.
