Egyptian, Saudi water ministers review cooperation deal Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Mohamed Abdel Aati met on Saturday 9/4/2016 with Saudi Minister of Water and Electricity Abdallah bin Abd al Rahman al Husayn to review a draft cooperation deal in various water domains. The deal will include cooperation in the well water domain and digging wells technology to serve the 1.5 million feddan project in Egypt, said the Egyptian minister in press statements. Under the deal, the two countries will cooperate in studies in the water desalination domain, he added. The minister said the two sides agreed that Saudi Arabia would benefit from Egyptian expertise in building small dams.
