Currently, more than 650mln people lack access to clean water and about 1 bn do not have electricity.refering to the Water-Energy  Nexus thinking,we should be thinking creativily and collaboratively to meet future needs .Water and energy are not typicaly priced to reflect their true scarcity, value, or costs. private-public partnerships to coordinate and invest across water & energiy infrastructures are needed. There is also a need to see water and energy through women's eyes os as involving empowerring them. At least find ways to value water and price carbon in all future infrastructures.
