We have partnered with a company that invests in such projects - it is NOT financing, as a loan or lease, and neither is it a standard service or shared savings contracts. Our partner becomes an embedded partner that owns, installs, services, maintains and replaces all equipment (of your specification), in exchange for a "usage fee" that will be far less than the savings generated. The customer does not have to touch its capital reserves, and gets brand new state of the art equipment for as long as they pay the usage fee, with the option to terminate or purchase the equipment (at a depreciated rate) at any time.
