Water and Sanitation expert (senior, team leader) with proved experience in small piped systems water supply and sanitation service provision. Experience in project formulation under EDF procedures will be an asset. Expertise must include engineering skills to undertake review of available engineering designs. 2. Specific sanitation expert (senior) in urban/small town sanitation, private and public. 3. Financial expert (junior) applied to water and sanitation provision through the Delegated Management Framework including knowledge of tariff setting and cost recovery required. 4. Social and Institutional expert (junior) in the local context such as participatory assessment tools, gender analysis in institutional frameworks with specific knowledge of the Delegated Management Framework adopted in Mozambique.
