We published our full specification sheet instead of a brochure — here is why
Most media enquiries we receive contain a quantity but not the reasoning behind it: "we need 200 m3 of tube settler media", with no indication of how that number was reached. Almost always it was a footprint multiplied by a depth seen on another project.
So we put the whole thing on paper: every published figure for six product families, the sizing formula for each, and a worked example, in five pages. No form, no email gate:

What is inside:
- Settling media (tube settler and lamella): cell sizes, 60 degree installation, 62-236 m2/m3 specific surface, 93-97% porosity, and the three-step area/volume/cutting-allowance method
- MBBR carriers K1-K5: the surface-area ladder, the 15-67% fill band and why both edges of it are hard limits
- Disc aerators: 215/260/300 mm, EPDM versus silicone, and why clean oil-free air decides membrane life
- Filter nozzles: how the count follows from plate area and pitch, with the 0.866 x pitch squared rule for triangular layouts
- Folded-plate flocculators: plates per section = clear width / (fold pitch + clear gap)
- ABS pipe and fittings
Each family has the same three parts: what we publish, how the quantity is calculated, and a worked example you can check with your own numbers.
One thing the sheet deliberately does not contain: prices. They depend on material, size, quantity and destination port, so a published number would be a guess dressed as a commitment. Everything else is public.
If you spot an error in the arithmetic, I would rather hear about it than not - the same methods are published with interactive calculators on our guides page.
I work with Nuoweisen Environmental, which manufactures these products in Gongyi, Henan.
