Use Vortex Layer Device as chemical reactor in the processes of hexavalent chromium recovery and the precipitation of heavy metals in the form of hydroxides in waste water of electroplating facilities.

Vortex Layer Devices (AVS) can be applied as chemical reactors in the processes of reagent waste water treatment containing compounds of hexavalent and trivalent chromium, nickel, iron, cadmium and other heavy metals and in some cases cyanide compounds :
-deposition of heavy metals in the form of hydroxides by neutralizing acid-base waters.
-reducing of hexavalent chromium to trivalent and simultaneous precipitation of heavy metals in the form of hydroxides;
-combustion of cyanides to harmless compounds.
