Freshwater is a vital resource that we need to protect to preserve our lives. Nancy Washburne dedicated the last 30 years of her life to educate people about this.
Nancy did this by engaging people in Freshwater Discovery and showing them the incredible beauty that exists just below the surface of our lakes and rivers all over the world.
Our Natural Aquariums, as Nancy Washburne called them, are jewels that need to be appreciated and respected by everyone.
Nancy used to say: "If they will know them, they will love them; and if they will love them, they will protect them."
