Dear Mr. O'Callaghan,
Without any doubt your report is very interesting giving an elaborate view on such huge GE investments.
However, unhappily GE is unable to understand the market of water and wastewater treatment. This market is totally different and weird. Probably you can think deeply to find out that in this market you have to get the approval from cities mayor's, ministers of water and electricity, and similar authorities who are always behind the scenes and yet they control all the activities of water and wastewater treatment projects. Many other companies have realized this fact and this is the key of their success.
Unhappily GE had fixed eyes on progressing its technology, however the winners of the actual projects are of awfully retarded technology, yet they approached the right persons and they won the projects bids.
