I am very happy that I was able to provide solutions in this field before. Last year, I read two reports from two reporters here. They had prepared a technical report on the state of water tension in the Glen Canyon Dam in the western United States... I sent seven short and long-term solutions to them, and then I corresponded with the Los Angeles municipal office via email. As a result, the methods and solutions that you mentioned in this report today were exactly two of the solutions that I had mentioned before.
