The Oman Humanitarian Desalination Challenge is a $700,000 Global Water Prize.
The Challenge calls for a small scale desalination device that would be suitable for relief operations following a humanitarian crisis. It must be cheap and easy to use and produce 3 liters of water even on cloudy days.
