The idea was to support the cause of implementing small water purification plants for poor people who cannot afford to buy clean drinkable water.   1. For objectivity's sake, you may wish to also view a documentary produced by a Swedish Journalist called BOTTLED LIFE which suggests less than responsible corporate citizenship. THe full documentary is not yet available in English, but a quick internet search will allow you to explore the many issues and conflicts that Nestle is suppressing around the globe. Beware the greenwashing. CSR is a powerful vehicle for change when it is authentic, values-based and relevant to local community needs only.
