REDAWN aims to improve the energy efficiency of water networks through the installation of innovative micro-hydropower technology. This technology will recover wasted energy in existing pipe networks across irrigation, public water supply, process industry, and waste-water network settings.   REDAWN Project Launch event 2 March 2018 The  project’s launch event, organized in collaboration with SMPGA France will take place as follows:   Date:   02 March 2018 Time:   09.00 – 16:00 Venue: SMPGA offices:  Pôle de l’eau, ZA de la Petite Lande - 240 rue Ampère 50380 SAINT-PAIR SUR MER, Normandy, France     [Visit guide] Cost:   FREE (limited spaces, please book early) This event is targeted at stakeholders from the water, wastewater and irrigation industry, policy makers and regulators, supply chain, process and product manufacturers, customers, academia and other related groups. During the event, an overview of REDAWN’s objectives and activities as well the merits of micro-hydro technologies to the Atlantic Area and beyond will be presented.
