Surf to Snow Environmental Resource Management, Inc. Acquires Planned Environments, Inc

San Ramon, CA, December 2024-Environmental and Construction firm Surf to Snow Environmental Resource Management, Inc (S2S, San Ramon, CA) has acquired a majority portion of the construction and landscape design firm Planned Environments, Inc (Concord, CA) to facilitate continued growth and strengthen S2S’ construction support throughout the West. Founded in 1999, Planned Environments has been involved in both community and commercial erosion and sediment control, landscape construction, and site restoration with a proven track record of exceeding client needs and expectations. According to S2S, Planned Environments has earned a reputation for providing excellent project support for several California Utilities, particularly with emergency response requests. Planned Environments has been honored with multiple workmanship awards for the diverse services provided by the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) and Professional Landcare Network (PLANET). The Planned Environments team brings additional contractor and skilled labor to the S2S team.
