Development of artificial intelligence for modeling the removal of heavy metals from wastewater: state of the art

Abstract

The presence of various forms of heavy metals (HM) (for example, Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn, Cr, Ni, As, Co, Hg, Fe, Mn, Sb and Ce) in water bodies and sediment increased due to industrial and agricultural runoff. The suppression of HM in nature is highly stochastic, nonlinear, nonstationary, and redundant. Over the past two decades, the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) models for the elimination of HM has been massively carried out. The divergence in the selection of predictors, target variables, optimization, standardization of the algorithm, function and architecture of AI models are time-consuming processes that limit the optimal use of these models for the HM kidnapping simulation. Selecting sustainable, economical and user-friendly processing techniques that have minimal reverse impact on the ecosystem is extremely difficult. The goal of established research is to find optimal AI models for specific elimination techniques. Predictors and target variables can be sorted using several techniques, and the selection of algorithm, function, and architecture based on individual processing techniques has been consistently ordered and argued. In this review, each element of the predictive models and their corresponding treatment processes, including their advantages and disadvantages, are discussed in detail. Performance matrices are also discussed based on the behavior of each model. Additionally, multiple perspectives that can inform interested multi-domain scientists and academics, such as AI model developers, data scientists, wastewater treatment researchers and environmental decision makers. on the actual status of the models progress are summarized. A Global Gap and Assessments are also conducted to provide insightful insight into this topic. Finally, several research directions that could bridge the gap in the same field are proposed and recommended on the basis of the research limits identified. In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

What happens to long-lasting feces? No one knows it except disappearing in the natural hydraulic surface environment

With 8 billion liters / day of urine and 65,000 tons / day of faeces produced by humanity that are poured into the environment each mankind ends up with its urine and its faecal magiere of the day before.
