Great article. It great to learn about so much effort city officials make in the US. I request not to differentiate between human lives in the US from human lives in a "Third World Country". I know you probably said it to make a strong point so my apologies for pointing it out like this. It is my view that nature is completely interconnected and interdependent. Thinking that doing something in 1 country will not impact lives in another country is the thinking of a previous generation. Each life in each country is precious.
