Candle water filters can be produced almost anywhere, starting with the training of potters in techniques of quick production. The potters who produce water containers and cook pots are already highly skilled and tend to be eager for the training. There is a remarkable synergy in production and implementation of candle filters along with insulating rocket stoves.
