I am a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WIDNR) certified wastewater and municipal water supply operator (surface water). I have technical and procedure writing experience, process control and troubleshooting experience in utility, industrial treatment, and municipal treatment plants, and quality control experience in industrial environment. I have earned bachelor degrees in Chemistry and Metallurgy. Several years ago while working for an analytical service laboratory, which did metallurgical and environmental testing, I discovered my passion for wastewater treatment. During this time, I return to school and earned an additional degree in Environmental and Pollution Control (Water Quality). In addition to my state certification, I am active in various professional organizations, and am current working with industry best practices and government environmental standards and writing articles dealing with the instrumentation and chemistry behind the water and wastewater analysis. In short, my passion is to improve our rapidly depleting clean-water supply. Specialties: Technical and Procedure Writing • Chemical Analysis • Metallurgical Analysis • Process Controls • Troubleshooting • Benchmarking and Standards • Instrumentation and Equipment Operation • Equipment Maintenance • Problem Solving • Monitoring
