The answer to the question lies in simply framing the question reverse: WHY WATER DOES NOT GET THE RESPECT IT SHOULD? Almost the dumbest of human beings realise that no organic life is possible without water and water is very essential for remaining ALIVE. The answers lie in identifying what we do for what reasons to disrespect water? Sure, our civilisation at the peak of its growth has done enough damage to WATER that even Nature is unable to assist unless we start doing the RIGHT THINGS in time before the CRISIS sparks wars, human misery, food shortage and deaths/ misery and diseases for want of water for every purposive use.
