Mansi Ganga is one of the oldest Waterbodies, believed to created by Yogeshwar Shri Krishna himself while he protected the people of Braj through Goverdhan. All the pilgrims who come here in the Giriraj Temple for pilgrim used to take a dip in Mansi Ganga, do aachman and even carry this Water home.
But that was then and this is now. The Lake is in pathetic condition, rotten, decaying full of algal bloom, foul smell, and full of mosquitoes. People staying in the vicinity are fed up of the problems.
Therefore, Smriti Trust took this as a challenge to restore and rejuvenate this fabulous Waterbody of huge pilgrim importance to its native state in association with Cownomics© Technology.
This is the story of the same Mansi Ganga, describing 10 days of transformation.
