What do you think is the sanitation and water the human right? and does that mean we can exploit it as much as we want as a individual?

  1. The question cannot be put in this sense(direction). Every man is responsible for his acts as that to feed but also to defecate. To feed he(it) is going to cultivate, then to prepare his(its) meal and to finish he(it) throws(casts) to the waste reception center the rests. Not to be submerged and not géné by his(its) waste he(it) takes(brings) out them of his(its) housing environment. The Purification includes the management of waste water, all the domestic waste water including those were produced by the defecation. Always the housing environment rejected its waste water in the garden and farthest possible. It is the spirit of grouping of the population that created the town planning, which was him(her) olbigé to create the purification. It is not a right(law) nor a duty but an obligation(bond) for be even for his(her,its) close and distant environment. la question ne peut pas être posée dans ce sens. tout homme est responsable de ses actes comme celui de se nourrir mais aussi de déféquer. Pour se nourrir il va cultiver, puis préparer son repas et pour finir il jette à la déchetterie les restes. Pour ne pas être submergé et géné par ses déchets il les sort de son habitat. l'Assainissement comprend la gestion des eaux usées, de toutes les eaux usées domestiques y compris celles produites par la défécation. De tout temps l'habitat a rejeté ses eaux usées dans le jardin et le plus loin possible. C'est l'esprit de regroupement de la population qui a créé l'urbanisme, qui lui fut olbigé de créer l'assainissement. Ce n'est pas un droit ni un devoir mais une obligation pour sois même pour son environnement proche et lointain.
