Sanitation Assumptions

I was wondering why there are still no solid sanitation assumptions available in databases for developing countries, especially the ones from Asia.
Please, come up with bold assumptions and share them so that we can suggest them to the water managers, especially the ones dealing with sanitation and hygiene.
