Dear Stella, This topic is very important because it is indeed the basis for program sustainability but again it seems too broad. WASH itself is Water, Sanitation and Hygiene comprising of three major and broad thematic areas. Added to these are other cross-cutting issues of advocacy, M&E and Finance. In a nutshell it would be better if you narrow down to specific themes so that we can start contributing. Once again thank you.

Obviously the woman has taken the good decision and she deserves encourgement and reward too but giving reward is not the solution the women should be appointed as *wash embassador* and provided oppertunities to work on project like *behaviour change in communities towards hygiene and sanitation*.
