The Madinat Salman Wastewater Treatment and Water Reclamation Plant, 40,000 m3/d, was awarded the Distinction Global Water Award 2019 in the category "Wastewater Project of the Year" by GWI.
In addition, the WWTP received three prestigious awards at the MEED Projects Awards 2019 in Dubai as GCC winner in the categories: "Engineering Project of the Year", "Water Project of the Year," "Sustainability Medal".
The Madinat Salman WWTP received the awards for improving lives, supporting the economy and laying the foundation for future growth of nations in the Middle East.
