You are absolutely correct - It isn't exactly fair to compare their capacity with others. Having all that current capacity, that isnt even enough to go fully Green and Clean. China and India are expected to consume more Fossil Fuel in coming years, too. I am not even though if whatever China is now doing can make any dent and mitigate the depth of the Environmental Problems. So severe, not many want to go in there, and help, unless BIG $ is in place. Very unsustainable nation.
