Thank you for sharing your insights - I can see your point. I do not spend much time in China so I cannot say in regards to this in any way, but I find that there may be a time lag between "investment" and "change" in effect. I continue to hear somewhere China and India are set to grow in Fossil Fuel consumption but China suffers from severe, unacceptable level of Air pollution - so, in my understanding No new coal power plants are introduced (may have changed, today, require double checking) due to the pollution. This Posted Article compares China with the rest of the world. but you know China alone got a huge area. It may not be so fair to compare with others due to scale difference. The main point here is that, "investment" does not necessarily reflect into the "actual" implementation of Renewable Energy
