So it should be mandatory to legally insist on ASH PONDS TO HAVE BARRIER LINING TO PREVENT ANY PERCOLATION OR LEAKAGE into the aquifers.. and Ash must ultimately get consumed in Bricks Or Other building materials such as Cement /Concrete blocks... Same should also apply for SOLID WASTE DUMPYARDS....where leachate as pathogens as well.
