Governments should think in terms of ALSO TAKING SMALL STEPS in using Nature to their advantage.. Improving soil texture and fertility thru Composting and essentially stopping burning of tree leaves and stubble is very important. Changing cropping to higher nutrition (not higher price) crops is also important. And investing in Climate proof Cultivation using Green House/ Low Tunnels is important and so is putting surface waters to better and added use.
