The only way to resolve water shortage is to build dams and store it behind the dams and prevent billions of gallons of water flowing into the  Arabian ocean. recently there have been lots of rain through out Pakistan that caused flooding and destruction in almost every big city of the country. With proper drainage system flood water water could have been recycled. But the problem is hat the present Pakistan Government does not seem to have planned any projects to manage water resources and even if there are, there are no funds to execute them.  I think it time that politicians stop fighting with each other and pay attention towards betterment of PAKISTAN.
