1. The fact is the Technologies are fast out developing human needs, however Moisture Extraction technologies have been underfunded. Please visit Israel and leverage from the forgoing.  

2. We are all aware of the man/government initiated drought and conditions. Seems strange that not one of the world elites will try to resolve the situation that they caused. If too much water, flood control. If too little enhance natures ability to hold moisture in the soil which causes a domino effect of more water. Nature decides when it is too much. Please read the water network section on flood control and mitigation tools and techniques. If ending your "drought" is the focus of your agenda.
