Absolutely right conclusion.  The sustainable development of water resources has to be addressed by taking into consideration the environmental as well as economic, social, geographical and political aspects, by treating social and practical decisions ethically, i.e., with moral principles and values comprising honesty, trust, treating others fairly and loyally, and by governing the actions and decisions of an individual or a group.  It is highly desirable to develop guidelines and policies to check the opportunistic exploitation of water resources and the involvement of corrupt and unscrupulous practices that work hand-in-hand with greedy investors for private gain, giving less importance to the welfare of the citizens and the economic development. There is a need to recognize these inextricable linkages that are especially aggressive to water resources depletion and degradation.
