Every year we are hearing about the Dought.This year it is increased more.The Farmers are suffering more.They have to be protected empowered.After the Independence we have developed,Delhi,Mumbai,Calcutta,Chennai,Banglore,Chennai,excellently.The National high ways are constructed and parking areas.New Airodroms and New Well defined Railway stations Made.Why the situation of FARMERS NOW ALSO LIKE THIS. No changes came after 70 years independance.Why the Farmers are not taken as prime group. The employees are protected and they are getting increments,Wages increasing all ways.Why the Farmers are not SUPPORTED? The Farmers are to be supported to give water by LiNKING RIVERS and Making More Canals. All the Major rivers in India is flowing to sea and the water is not useful for the people.There FlOods DURING RAINY SEASON AND HOT SEASON FROM HIMALAYA and Natural disasters are happening.Lakhs of people have to evacuate and  corors of Rupees need for the Rearrangements.So we have to think to Link the rivers to the drought EFFECTED AREAS.So the people will have Jobs,the cattle and all animals have sufficient water.The INTERESTS of Farmers will be protected.
