Two years ago, I proposed several short- and long-term solutions on this very site (Water Network) to address the drought issues facing Glen Canyon Dam and the Colorado River. The following year, two of my solutions were implemented and put into operation, yet I find it hard to believe that the problem has still not been resolved.
