All desalinization plants MUST include positive disposal of the saline by product to an approved site/ Otherwise the problem is diverted to someone else in the near future. That lesson has been learned, don't repeat someones mistakes.

See my comment above. Our solar powered process sequesters the salt for sale, use as building elements or sequester in place.
