I read the conversation carefully. I think the best policy will be to develop a synergy among technology, financial investments, services and public policy. This unfortunately is lacking in most of the developing countries, and particularly in India. The investors should ensure that instead of greed for monetary gain by selling/buying of technology, welfare of public be the priority.
